Hi, I’m Juliana Richards — a nutritionist, integrative health coach, runner, and forever foodie.

I created Running on Nutrition not only because running is my passion, but because it’s also the truth about how every body works: we all run on nutrition. The food we eat is the fuel that powers our gut, hormones, energy, mood, and long-term health. When we nourish our body well, everything else runs smoother—from digestion to weight, to mental clarity and confidence.

With a degree in Nutrition Science from Purdue University and certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I combine science-backed strategies with real-life tools to support lasting transformation. I work one-on-one with clients to create personalized plans that prioritize gut health, hormone balance, and sustainable lifestyle changes that actually stick.
