I want to tell you the story of how Running on Nutrition came to be, because this brand is so much more than a name.
Yes, I’m a runner and a foodie (forever and always 🙋♀️). Running has been a huge part of my life, and it taught me something important: food is fuel. The better I fueled, the better I felt—more energy, better recovery, stronger runs.
But here’s the thing: it’s not just runners who run on nutrition. We all do. Every single one of us. Food powers everything—our gut, our hormones, our energy, our mood. It’s literally the fuel that keeps our bodies going.
And that’s where the name came from. Running on Nutrition isn’t just my story—it’s about yours, too.
My Own Health Journey
